Justin Baker joined CB Richard Ellis|Louisville in 2002. Justin is a part of the Retail Services group, a team that has a combined 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, focusing on retail sales and leasing. Justin specializes in landlord representation leasing and sales. He represents such clients as AllState, AEGON USA Realty Advisors, Bromont Development, Chase Bank, Kroger and Yum Brands.
In 2007, the Retail Services group managed, leased, sold, valued, or advised retail assets in excess of $66.6 million. Currently, under landlord representation, the Retail Services group has more than 9 million square feet listed.
