Kevin Grove is a Partner with CB Richard Ellis|Louisville and currently oversees the firm’s Industrial Services Group. He is a seasoned real estate professional with over twenty-two years experience in the commercial real estate market. 

During his career, Kevin has completed numerous transactions, with a total consideration that exceeds $900 million.  He has been involved with a number of the most significant industrial transactions in the Louisville Metro market.  Some of these transactions include: UPS’ acquisition of a 517,000 SF distribution facility; Best Buy’s Geek Squad national laptop repair facility and a 600,000 SF build-to-suit for Best Buy; and numerous transactions with Ford Motor Company.  Additionally, Kevin was a key contributor in the implementation and marketing of Cedar Grove Business Park, one of the largest, and most successful, developments of distribution space in the Louisville Metro market.
