Michael Tabor joined CB Richard Ellis|Louisville in 2005. Michael is a part of the Retail Services group, a team that has a combined 55 years of experience in the real estate industry, focusing on retail sales and leasing. Michael specializes in tenant representation leasing and sales. He represents such clients as Buffalo Wild Wings, FedEx Office, Massage Envy, Starbucks Coffee, Sun Tan City and Verizon Wireless.
Since 2007, the Retail Services group managed, leased, sold, valued or advised retail assets in excess of $154 million. Currently under landlord representation, the Retail Services group has more than 16 million square feet listed.
