Marc has been brokering office properties in Louisville for ten years.  His background includes two years in public accounting with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and nine years in banking.  As the sales and leasing manager for a local developer, Marc leased space and directed the marketing for One Oxmoor Place, The Lakeview Building, The Forum Office Park, Steelplechase Place, Executive Park and Suburban Medical Plaza II.  He has played a key role in the lease and/or sale of several properties for clients in and around the Louisville area.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis | Louisville, Marc completed the pre-leasing of Ormsby I, a six-story, 153,000 square foot class A building on Hurstbourne Parkway, with two transactions.  In addition, Marc has directed the leasing, management and ultimately the disposition of class A office properties for GE Capital and Pro Serve, a consortium of professional athlete investors.
