Marc Barlow, CCIM, Vice President Marc has been brokering office properties in Louisville for twelve years. His background includes two years in public accounting with Pricewaterhouse Coopers and nine years in banking. As the sales and leasing manager for a local developer, Marc leased space and directed the marketing for One Oxmoor Place, The Lakeview Building, The Forum Office Park, Steeplechase Place, Executive Park, and Suburban Medical Plaza II. |

David Seay, Senior Associate David Seay has been active in the commercial real estate suburban market for the past 15 years, primarily in the area of landlord representation. David has extensive experience in negotiating real estate transactions of income producing real estate. He has a strong market knowledge, which is focused on the suburban office market, as well as creative ideas for the implementation of targeted marketing campaigns and a solid history of sales success.
David A. Williams, Senior Associate In 2002, David started his career at CBRE|Louisville as Director of Market Research. In 2004, David joined the Office Properties group and has leased and directed the marketing for The Starks Building and North Shore Office Park and has played a vital role in the lease and/or sale of several office properties in Metro Louisville. David has also represented several of Louisville’s top tenants including Medventure Technology Corporation and Norton Healthcare.
