Previously, he was managing partner of a local real estate company, responsible for day to day operations. His entrepreneurial background, experience and proactive approach to real estate has been a vital asset in meeting and exceeding client expectations. During his career, Kevin has completed more than 300 transactions for a total consideration of more than $150 million.
 Doug Butcher, Vice President
Doug Butcher joined CBRE | Louisville in April 2001. Previously Doug spent five years as a Market Manager with the Sherwin-Williams Company, primarily developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts with the latest products and market information. His understanding of the Team-first approach will be vital to the success of his clients and CBRE | Louisville.
 Tom Sims, Senior Associate
Tom comes to CB Richard Ellis|Louisville after 14 years in the Logistics industry in sales and consulting. Most recently from Canada’s largest distribution and logistics company, Purolator Courier, Ltd, he has also held positions at UPS and Emery Worldwide. With a focus on new business development through consultative means, Tom also has extensive experience in long-term customer retention and account management.
