As a Vice President of CB Richard Ellis, Ms. Perlman is responsible for transaction management and brokerage services for corporate clients throughout the Boston marketplace and nationwide. She is responsible for CB Richard Ellis’ performance and oversees the entire transaction process to ensure that her clients’ assignments are brought to completion and the client receives a consistent level of dedication on each assignment.
Over the past five years Ms. Perlman had completed transactions totaling 3,000,000 SF in over 30 states. These transactions include lease acquisitions and renewals, lease dispositions (subleases), building and land acquisitions and dispositions. Achievements
