Mr. Hoar serves as President and Co-Managing Partner of CB Richard Ellis/New England, a joint venture partner with CB Richard Ellis. He has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience with over 500 completed lease transactions throughout New England. Mr. Hoar leads a team of more than 480 real estate professionals and was named 2008 Real Estate Advisor of the Year by CoreNet Global and 2001 Broker of the Year by the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
