Ms. Barrett's primary focus is servicing our corporate clients nationwide. She is responsible for financial and stategic analysis of real estate acquisition and disposition transactions on behalf of her clients. Ann is a critical member of the CB Richard Ellis' corporate brokerage team. She works on lease administration for several clients, including the development and customization for each client's distinct portfolio followed by continued assurance of accuracy and ongoing tracking of critical dates. She assists with real estate transactions on a global basis from initial search through lease execution. Ann is valued for her attention to detail, her financial analysis capabilities and her continued ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Achievements
