Bill Moylan heads the Investment Sales Team of CB Richard Ellis and leads a team of more than 15 senior sales professionals. In 2006 and 2007, Mr. Moylan oversaw more than $5 billion of transactions. Prior to becoming the head of New England’s Investment Team, Mr. Moylan focused his efforts on retail investment sales and sold $3.5 billion worth of property. He is a member of CBRE’s Institutional Group and the National Retail Investment Group.
Mr. Moylan has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years and has experience in construction, finance, development and asset management. He has worked for Fleet Bank, the Boston Company Real Estate Counsel, and Hospital Trust National Bank, now a part of Sovereign Bank.
