Bill Moylan heads the Investment Sales team of CB Richard Ellis in New England and leads a team of more than 12 senior sales professionals. From 2006 to 2010, Mr. Moylan oversaw more than $7.0 billion of transactions. Prior to becoming the head of New England's Investment Sales team, Mr. Moylan focused his efforts on retail investment sales and sold over $3.5 billion worth of property. He is a member of CBRE's Institutional Group and the National Retail Investment Group.
Mr. Moylan has been in the real estate industry for nearly 30 years and has experience in construction, finance, development and asset management. He has worked for Fleet Bank, the Boston Company Real Estate Counsel and Hospital Trust National Bank, now a part of Sovereign Bank.
