Chris Angelone joined CB Richard Ellis in 1998 and is an Executive Vice President/ Partner in the Boston office specializing in the sale of retail, urban mixed-use properties and net-leased properties. Since 1998, Mr. Angelone has completed the sale of over 200 properties containing over 26 million square feet and valued at approximately $3.5 billion. He is a member of CBRE’s Institutional Group and the National Retail Investment Group.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Angelone founded an event merchandising company, owned resort retail stores, and developed a number of novelty products that have been featured on Good Morning America, Wall Street Journal Interactive, and at the Republican National Convention.
