Christopher Cuddy joined CB Richard Ellis in 1995. He is currently a Senior Vice President and Partner with the Downtown Brokerage Group. Prior to joining the Downtown Brokerage Group, Christopher was a member of the Whittier Partners’ Asset Management Group where he assisted in the management of a 220,750 Class A office building located in East Cambridge.
