David McElroy specializes in single asset and portfolio investment sales throughout the Northeast. He has 13 years of full-service hotel operations and sales management experience in the northeast including several years as general manager of a 300-room, full-service convention hotel. Prior to joining CBRE in 1996, Mr. McElroy was northeast director of franchise sales and development for Hospitality Franchise Systems (HFS).
