Mr. Lemire specializes in the sale of commercial investment real estate assets on a local, regional and national basis.  Mr. Lemire has completed the sale of over $1 billion worth of office and industrial transactions in the last two years.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis in 1994, Mr. Lemire spent four years at The Codman Company where he served as the Senior Vice President of Investment Sales. In addition to his activity with investment sales, Mr. Lemire served as the Vice President of Development at the Towermarc Corporation, the Vice President of Investment Sales at Leggat McCall/Grubb & Ellis Inc., and as a leasing broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services.
