John Butterworth joined CB Richard Ellis/New England in 2007 as Senior Vice President/Partner. Prior to joining CBRE/NE he was a Senior Vice President and Partner at Meredith & Grew. Mr. Butterworth was a Managing Director with the Boston office of Insignia/ESG, prior to joining Meredith & Grew, specializing in both tenant and landlord representation. Mr. Butterworth also has an extensive background in both property management and development. Mr. Butterworth was with the firms of Spaulding & Slye and Northland Development from 1992 to 1997.
Mr. Butterworth actively represents both tenants and landlords in Boston, Cambridge and the Suburban marketplace.

- Recognized by the Greater Boston Real Estate Board as a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2003.
- Nominated as candidate for Commercial Brokers Association’s Broker of the Year in 2004.
