Professional Experience Mr. Draeger has 12 years of experience in the commercial mortgage finance industry with Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage, where he structured or underwrote more than $2.5 billion of DUS, Freddie Mac, or securitized loans. He most recently ran the Deutsche Bank CRE Bridge Program, overseeing the structuring, underwriting, and closing for over $500MM of loans to be held on balance sheet or securitized.
