After 13 years at Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Reardon joined CB Richard Ellis in January 2002 concentrating on suburban sales and leasing of office, R&D and warehouse space. Over the past eight years, Mr. Reardon has completed more than 29 million square feet of sale and lease transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1,300,000,000 in 17 states. He has completed more than 600 lease and sale transactions throughout his career. Mr. Reardon specializes in the negotiation, sale, and disposition of industrial, research and office properties. He serves as the exclusive consultant for many corporations and developers. Achievements
