Mr. Cavanagh specializes in the disposition and acquisition of real estate assets on behalf of private owners, investors and corporate clients on a regional and national basis. Over the last year, Mr. Cavanagh was involved in the sales and corporate sale-leasebacks totalling more than $815,000,000.
With 17 years of experience in corporate services, valuation, leasing and investment sales, Mr. Cavanagh contributes a unique perspective that has created significant value for his clients.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Cavanagh spent five years at Shawmut Bank, conducting commercial appraisals and portfolio analyses of the bank's commercial portfolio.
