Travis D’Amato specializes in multi-housing transactions in the greater Boston metropolitan area as well as New England. Travis brings five years of experience to CB Richard Ellis, and joins a fifteen-member team with more than 120 years of experience in commercial real estate, including sales, leasing, financing and development.
Prior to joining the Capital Markets team, Travis worked as a broker and transaction manager for Apartment Realty Advisors, where he participated in the sale of approximately $650 million in multi-housing transactions. Travis was also responsible for the leasing of large-scale luxury apartment communities, and has been instrumental in generating new buyers and sellers within the multi-housing market.
