Michael Muldowney joined CB Richard Ellis, Inc. in April 1996, specializing in multi-housing property sales and concentrating on the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC and the District of Columbia. His market knowledge expands throughout the greater Washington-Baltimore region.  Since joining the CB Richard Ellis Multi-Housing Properties Team, he has participated in the process of obtaining exclusive listings for and/or sales of over 365 communities.  Mr. Muldowney has been one of the top eight Multi-Housing Producers nationally for the past seven years.  In 1998 he was the Regional “Rookie of the Year.”

Before joining CB Richard Ellis, Inc., Mr. Muldowney practiced law as a surety claim attorney for the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Co. in Baltimore, and as a litigator for DeCaro, Doran of Lanham, Maryland.  Before earning his J.D., Mr. Muldowney oversaw electronic warfare logistics projects as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force, ending his service commitment at the rank of Captain.  Mr. Muldowney served his entire period on active duty at the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.
