Martha Hastings joined the CBRE Washington DC Multi-Housing Team in 2006, specializing in apartment dispositions throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Martha became the fifth sales professional of the Baltimore division of the Multi-Housing Team in July 2008. Since joining the Team, Martha has assisted in the sale of more than 69,000 units in over 250 communities for an aggregate value of $9.4 billion.
Martha began her career with CBRE in June 2005 as a member of CBRE’s prestigious Wheel Program, a rotation-based introduction to the commercial real estate business. Prior to joining CBRE, Martha achieved her Bachelor of Arts degree at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia.
