Martha Hastings joined CB Richard Ellis, Inc. in June 2005 as a member of CBRE’s prestigious Wheel Program, a year-long, rotation-based introduction to the commercial real estate business. Through this experience, Mrs. Hastings gained exposure to various sub-industries, worked under the close mentorship of leading brokers within their respective fields and developed knowledge of market dynamics, leasing, investment sales and financial competency.
Upon her completion of the Wheel Program in May 2006, Mrs. Hastings joined the Washington-Baltimore Multi-Housing Investment Team as a Project Administrator, specializing in the composition of offering materials and assisting with underwriting, market analysis, and conducting sales calls and property tours. Martha has contributed towards over $7 billion in sales since joining the Team and became an Associate in July 2008.
Martha was introduced to commercial real estate through her 2004 internship with Cousins Properties in her hometown of Atlanta.
