Founded by Joseph Boulos in 1975 as a commercial real estate brokerage agency, CB Richard Ellis/The Boulos Company was expanded in 1978 to include the development and construction of commercial, industrial and retail properties under Boulos Development Company. Its sister company, CB Richard Ellis/Boulos Property Management, was established in 1980 to manage the increasing number of company-developed and owned assets.
The Portland office staffs nearly 65 employees servicing all the needs of our ever-changing client base.
