Morris Fisher joined CBRE/Boulos Property Management in 1990 as Controller, and in 1992 was named Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Fisher was named President of CBRE/Boulos Property Management in June of 1995 and has since become a Principal of the firm. In addition to this role, in April of 2005 Mr. Fisher became President of CBRE/The Boulos Company (brokerage).
Mr. Fisher's experience includes years of real estate development, operations, leasing and finance. In addition to providing strategic real estate advice to the firm's clients, he is responsible for directing the operation of a property management company with 80 employees and real estate projects under management totaling 7,000,000 square feet of commercial space. In his capacity with the brokerage company, he directs operations and the development, marketing, leasing and sale of major retail, office and industrial properties in both downtown and suburban locations.
Mr. Fisher is a Trustee of the Portland Public Library and The Park Danforth. He is a former officer and member of the board of Catholic Charities of Maine and the Portland Downtown District. Prior to joining CBRE/Boulos Property Management, Mr. Fisher was a senior accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick.
