Peter Rogers joined CB Richard Ellis in May 2006. Mr. Rogers is responsible for the representation of numerous national and international clients and their regional, national and international industrial requirements including acquisition and disposition of properties. Mr. Rogers is a senior member of the CBRE Southern and Western Wayne Industrial Group (SWWI) with focus from Detroit Metropolitan Airport north along the I-275 business corridor and into suburban Wayne County. With twelve years of commercial real estate experience and ten years in environmental engineering consulting, Mr. Rogers is well versed in disposition/acquisition of the many different industrial property types throughout Michigan and the upper Midwest. During his tenure, he has completed more than 400 transactions totalling over 10 million square feet. Mr. Rogers’ clients include warehouse, distribution and cross dock occupiers, manufacturers, developers and service related companies.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Rogers was an Associate Director with a national real estate firm.
