Peter Rogers joined CB Richard Ellis in May 2006. Mr. Rogers is responsible for the representation of national and international clients with their regional, national and international requirements including the acquisition and disposition of properties. Peter is a senior member of the CBRE Southwestern and Western Wayne Industrial Group and focuses his business activities near Detroit Metropolitan Airport and north along the I-275 business corridor. Mr. Rogers also advises clients located throughout the United States. With twelve years of commercial real estate sale experience and ten years of environmental engineering consulting activities, he is well versed with many different industrial property types throughout Michigan and beyond. During his tenure, he has completed more then 350 transactions totalling over 8 million square feet.
Prior to being employed at CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Rogers was an Associate Director at a national real estate firm located in Southfield, Michigan. Achievements
