Gregg Loichinger joined CB Richard Ellis’ Industrial Services group in 2005. Mr. Loichinger has extensive expertise in the Western Wayne Industrial Submarket. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Loichinger served as an industrial specialist with Cushman & Wakefield.
Mr. Loichinger specializes in all aspects of the corporate real estate transaction, serving as a valued advisor to his clients. He has established a track record of successfully completing sales acquisitions, dispositions, and agency & tenant representation assignments.
In 2006, Mr. Loichinger partnered with Randall Allman and Peter Rogers to form the Southern and Western Wayne Industrial Team (SWWI), focusing their efforts along the I-275, I-96 and M-14 industrial corridors.
