Joel Torborg is responsible for the debt and equity placement for all major property types located in the upper Midwest, primarily in the Minneapolis/St. Paul marketplace.
Mr. Torborg has been employed in the commercial real estate business for the past 10 years. He started his career with United Properties where he was an Associate representing national and local landlords in the marketing of for lease and sale industrial properties totaling more than 3 million square feet.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Torborg was Senior Associate with Equity Commercial Services where he completed lease transactions for local and national landlords in excess of 1 million square feet of space and sales transactions on more than 500,000 square feet of space.
