Mr. Kemen is a Managing Director in the CB Richard Ellis Consulting group in Minneapolis, where he is responsible for overseeing selected consulting assignments across the United States. Assignments include strategic planning and financial analysis for portfolio optimization, tenant representation and property disposition. He has over 25 years of real estate consulting, finance, management and architectural experience on projects across the Unites States and Canada. His career in real estate has included the valuation and repositioning of multi-million dollar real estate portfolios, as well as budget analysis and redevelopment assessment.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Kemen was Vice President/Asst. Portfolio Manager for the Yarmouth Group, Inc. and Vice President for Merrill Lynch in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group. Mr. Kemen also worked as an architect, broadening his experience in design and construction on assignments that included renovations at Rockefeller Center, expansion of the Miller Brewing Company headquarters and master planning for Polaroid.
