His client advisor approach to the sale of apartment assets has led to strong long-term relationships with numerous Minneapolis/St. Paul based owners/investors. - Abe has been recognized as a leader in the Twin Cities apartment market for his knowledge of overall trends, current operational conditions, vacancy and leasing activity.
