Brian Fogelberg has over 17 years of professional experience in the real estate and legal industry focusing exclusively on the representation of corporate occupiers of space.  Brian's services include facility disposition, acquisition and build to suit; tenant representation; multi-market acquisition and disposition; and national client representation providing leased/owned transaction and portfolio management services. 

Brian utilizes in-depth financial analysis along with his legal experience to ensure clients receive superior representation.  Brian focuses on a consultative approach in servicing his clients, and currently manages three national accounts in addition to providing local market corporate services.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Brian spent five years as the Senior Attorney for National Car Rental representing National's real estate and business interests at over 120 corporate locations across North America.  Prior to joining National Car, Brian was in private law practice responsible for real estate, insurance and construction matters.
