Mr. Keith Collins joined CB Richard Ellis in 1996 and is a First Vice President specializing in the sale of apartment properties. He has over 17 years experience in selling multi-family properties having sold over $700 million in investment sales. Achievements
- Mr. Collins has achieved the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation conferred by the CCIM Institute. He served as the 1999 President for the Minnesota/South Dakota CCIM Chapter and Regional Vice President of the Midwest Region for the CCIM Institute.
- Mr. Collins has been honored as one of the top sales professionals in the Minneapolis office. He has received the Chairman's Club and Millennium Club Awards in the years 2003-2007.
