Mr. Nicoll is Managing Director of the Minnesota Region of Asset Services for CB Richard Ellis. He is responsible for the oversight of a 12 million square foot mixed-use portfolio. Additionally, he is responsible for the supervision of the Investment Properties Group, Regional Accounting, and the Project Management Groups.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Nicoll was the Vice President/Portfolio Manager for RREEF where he oversaw an 8.5 million square foot portfolio. Before that, he was a Managing Partner with The Vantage Companies, responsible for the development and leasing of over 1 million square feet, and a Regional Vice President and Manager at Prudential, responsible for the Rocky Mountain Region and a portfolio valued at $1.1 billion.
