Michael Moynagh, MAI, launched the Twin Cities Valuation and Advisory Services office in October of 2002. As Managing Director of the Twin Cities office located in Minneapolis, Mr. Moynagh leads valuation and advisory staff of of 12 that provides quality appraisal work and customer service in a timely matter. He coordinates all activities for a five-state territory including Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota and Nebraska including generating new business, managing client relations and ensuring quality appraisal production.
Mr. Moynagh has over 20 years of wide-ranging and varied real estate appraisal and consultation experience providing clients with appraisals, consultations, reviews and ligitation support. His appraisal experience includes a wide variety of property types including office, industrial, multi-family residential, hotels and motels, net-leased investments, medical buildings, restaurants, residential and commercial subdivisions, golf courses, airport terminals, hangars, and other special purpose properties including mixed-use buildings.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Moynagh was a Vice President in Appraisal and Consulting at GVA Marquette Advisory (formerly Robert Boblett and Associates) and a Vice President in the Appraisal/ Consultation Services Division of Colliers Towle Real Estate.
Mr. Moynagh earned a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John's University in Collegeville, MN. In addition, he has earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is currently serving as Vice President of the Northstar Chapter of the Appraisal Institute; he will serve as Chapter President in 2008. Mr. Moynagh is also a licensed Certified General Real Property Appraiser in Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota.
