Raymond J. Reese, SIOR, CCIM,  is a  Senior Vice President in the CB Richard Ellis Industrial Services Group.  Ray is widely recognized as a strategic thinker, strong client advocate and an accomplished dealmaker.  Mr. Reese is known for applying the financial skills he has learned as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and applying those skills in creating economic value for his clients.

Ray Reese has been selling and leasing commercial real estate for 30 years.  He specializes in assisting companies in the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial property within the Twin Cities and across North America.  He has completed transactions in 22 states, Mexico, Canada, Europe and Australia.  Mr. Reese is known for his deep market knowledge, commitment to detail and attention to client priorities.  These characteristics provide his clients with a high degree of value-added service which help them reduce risk while controlling long term occupancy costs, or with investors, maximizing their investment value.
