Mr. Palmiter is a member of the CB Richard Ellis Land Services Group, specializing on residential land opportunities in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. He has a long list of successes in negotiating and purchasing residential single and multi-family land. Working for national homebuilders, he has also been responsible for obtaining governmental approvals and developing land into residential communities. Developments have ranged in size from 50 to 1000 houses, including traditional suburban and urban mixed-use neighborhoods.
Prior to focusing on residential acquisition and development, Mr. Palmiter's background includes fifteen years in commercial real estate finance and workouts of problem real estate loans with the following:
