Since joining CB Richard Ellis in 2002, Sandy has completed over 5 million square feet in transactions, totaling nearly 45 million dollars. Sandy has been invited to join the Special Properties Group and Food Facility Group which are specialty practices with CBRE. Both groups are comprised of a handful of members across North America with specialty in buildings located outside of metro areas and food grade facilities respectively.
