Tom Simon is a First Vice President of CB Richard Ellis' Minneapolis/St. Paul office specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial properties. Mr. Simon is the Minneapolis office's representative of the Special Property Group, CB Richard Ellis' program handling non-urban properties. He is currently licensed in five states including Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, South Dakota and North Dakota.
Since joining CB Richard Ellis in 1985, Mr. Simon has completed over 337 transactions comprised of over 20,000,000 square feet and over $350 million in consideration.
