John Ryden, CCIM, SIOR, Senior Vice President:  John has focused on the sales and leasing of industrial properties with CB Richard Ellis in the Minneapolis, St. Paul and north metro Twin Cities area for the past 23 years.  John also provides metro-wide leasing oversight for institutional clients.
Matt Oelschlager, Vice President:  Matt has been at CB Richard Ellis for 11 years and works directly with John Ryden in the CB Richard Ellis Minneapolis/St. Paul organization.  Matt also focuses on the marketing of industrial properties in the Minneapolis, St. Paul and north metro Twin Cities area.  Matt previously worked as the director of CB Richard Ellis' local Information Resources group.
Dan Curry, Associate: Dan joined the CB Richard Ellis in 2006 as an Office Specialty Researcher.  In 2008, Dan joined the team of John Ryden and Matt Oelschlager as an Industrial Specialist focusing on sales and leasing of industrial properties in the north metro area.
Jeanne Feist, Client Services Specialist:  Jeanne has been with the CB Richard Ellis organization for 29 years and now works exclusively with John Ryden and Matt Oelschlager.  Jeanne's primary role is creating and distributing property marketing materials through both MNCAR and property web sites.
