Tom Adamson is currently a First Vice President at CB Richard Ellis Hotels, joining the firm in July 2003 following its merger with Insignia/ESG.  As a member of the Hotel Group he is part of an organization of 40 hotel professionals in North America and 100 worldwide.  Mr. Adamson is based in the firm’s Kansas City office and works on national hotel advisory and disposition projects, specializing on single asset and small portfolio transactions.  Throughout his career he has actively participated in the disposition of over 150 hotels nationally, valued in excess of $600 million with such clients as Regency Hotel Management, BankFirst, Kinseth Hospitality, Summit Investment Group and Westmont Hospitality.
 
Mr. Adamson utilizes his 20 plus years of hotel operational and development experience to serve the company and client’s expectations.  This extensive experience in operations and development uniquely qualifies Mr. Adamson to analyze hotel assets and advise his clients in valuation and disposition strategies.  In all transactions Mr. Adamson is integrally involved in the marketing process, deal negotiations and due diligence.  Mr. Adamson’s through knowledge of the industry enables him to understand a clients needs and develop individual strategies that result in successful assignment results.
 
Prior to CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Adamson was one of the original members of Hotel Partners, which was acquired by Insignia/ESG in 1998.
