Sprint Campus- the 4.2 million sq. ft. world headquarters campus located in Overland Park, KS is one of CB Richard Ellis Kansas City’s largest assignments. CBRE not only provides facilities and project management for the campus but also leases any excess space for Sprint. CBRE also heads up real estate services for all of Sprint’s retail locations nationwide.

 

KCI Intermodal BusinessCentre is an 800-acre truck and air intermodal logistics park under development. In total, the project will accommodate five million sq ft of space. The center’s proximity to the airport, including some parcels with on-ramp access, makes it uniquely attractive to a wide variety of potential tenants. CBRE Kansas City’s Industrial team was awarded the leasing assignment for the project.

 

Hawthorne Plaza- CB Richard Ellis Kansas City’s retail team is responsible for the leasing of this 114,587 square foot upscale specialty retail shopping center. Located in Overland Park, KS, this center offers a diverse mix of tenants including fashion, restaurants and service retailers.
