Mark Palmer joined CB Richard Ellis in 1981 as an Office Properties Specialist. Mr. Palmer was awarded the “Commercial Realtor – Associate of the Year” St. Louis in 1991 and has been the Top Producer of the CB Richard Ellis St. Louis office from 1988 through 1994 and 1996 through 2006 and again in 2010. Mark also received the National Colbert Coldwell Circle Award for Top Production as presented by CB Richard Ellis in 1994, 2002 and 2010. Mark also served as Managing Director from 2004 to 2006, providing senior leadership to the Landlord Marketing team as well as leading major leasing assignments. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mark worked for five years in the commercial mortgage banking industry with Norwest and Mercantile Mortgage Companies.
