Allen has been engaged in the St. Louis commercial industrial investment real estate community for over 30 years. His primary focus is on the sale and leasing of industrial properties, both in the City of St. Louis and the suburban markets. Over the course of his career, Allen has represented both Fortune 1000 companies, such as GE, Illinois Tool Works, USAA Real Estate Company and Prologis, as well as local and regional companies such as KV Pharmaceutical Company, Alside and the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD). His sales volume exceed $600 million resulting from the sale and leasing of approximately 5,000,000 square feet of commercial property.
