Since 1985, Mr. Randolph has been active in the St. Louis commercial real estate community, with emphasis on the sale and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties. His personal business volume exceeds $940 million in transactions for the St. Louis metropolitan area.
Significant Assignments
Mr. Randolph successfully represented TALX Corporation in over 450,000 SF of lease transactions. On behalf of Glenborough Realty Trust, he actively marketed their office and industrial portfolio for the past 16 years. He represents Wells Fargo’s industrial and office portfolio and also represented American TV and Appliance with their 720,000 SF portfolio.
