Anne Vulcano has worked in the commercial real estate field since 1984, joining CB Commercial, now CB Richard Ellis, Inc. in 1997. She currently focuses her efforts on office leasing and leads a team of 6 professionals representing commercial office building owners. After relocating to Charlotte in 1990, Anne was Broker in Charge for Carter & Associates’ Charlotte office, managing an eight-person office. From 1996 until 1997, she was Manager, Commercial Brokerage for The Bissell Companies. At Bissell she was responsible for the development of the commercial brokerage unit and directed eight commercial real estate brokers and two leasing agents handling over 1.2 million square feet of office space in the SouthPark and Ballantyne submarkets.

Ms. Vulcano is an active member of the Board of Managers for the Metro YMCA. She volunteers in programs to assist the local community and does extensive fundraising for the YMCA Community Outreach Program, the Arts & Science Council and the National MS Society. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling and traveling. Anne lives in the Cotswold neighborhood of Charlotte.
