Barb Wilson works with the Charlotte Retail Investment Properties Team as a Client Services Specialist. Since joining the team in 2007, she has been responsible for the designing and distribution of marketing materials in both print and electronic formats, maintaining property websites and the positioning of properties on various real estate web sites. In addition to her marketing role, she also assists with due diligence as well as tracking and reporting investor responses and communications.
Mrs. Wilson has been with CB Richard Ellis since September 2003. Prior to joining the Investment Properties Team, she worked as the Office Manager for the Charlotte office. In that role she was responsible for support staff recruitment, training and performance management, monitoring of expenses, development of expense controls, monitoring technology concerns, as well as the processing of sale and lease transactions.
