Mr. Clutter is an Investment Sales Specialist in the Charlotte office. Ryan coordinates disposition and acquisition assignments for both private and institutional investors throughout the Carolinas. Mr. Clutter’s primary focus is assisting both of these capital segments with office and industrial properties. Through Mr. Clutter’s institutional focus, he has recently handled the marketing and sales of over $3 billion of Carolina’s area disposition assignments for clients including DRA Realty Advisors, LNR Partners, Prudential Real Estate Investors, State Farm Life Insurance Company, Apollo Real Estate Advisors, INVESCO Realty Advisors, Highwoods Properties, GE Pension, Trizec Properties, RREEF Funds, AMB Property Group, and Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Clutter was a member of the Carolina Corporate Services Group within the Charlotte office of CB Richard Ellis prior to joining the Investment Properties Group. He was responsible for assisting the team with new business development, coordinating client assignments within the Charlotte area, and advising clients on the implementation of the appropriate strategy for the selection and utilization of their office space.

Mr. Clutter started with CB Richard Ellis in 1996, working with the Corporate Advisory Group in Indianapolis, Indiana.
