TEAM STRUCTURE

Ryan Clutter - As the leader of the team, I manage all institutional transactions our team sells. I also spend a significant amount of time improving and growing our client and investor relationships constantly expanding our team's access to capital. Our team has an extensive network of existing and emerging investors and through strong relationships with these capital sources we are able to orchestrate highly competive offerings maximizing value for our clients.

Patrick Gildea - My core focus is in handling office, industrial and mixed use investment sales primarily for private clients. Understanding the needs and motivations of both our clients and buyers enables us to effectively execute our process from assignment to close, maximizing value for our clients along the way. Maintaining strong and trusting relationships with these clients in an advisory capacity is the cornerstone of our business.

Adam Basch - Understanding the financial valuation process, capital motivations, and strategic initiatives of our clients allows me to ensure the transaction process yields excellent results. The right transaction provides the opportunity to enhance the growth, profitability, and execution of our client's investment. This is our focus every day.
Jackie Savage - I add value by understanding the property and the market and converting that knowledge into a financial presentation. Strong underlying assumptions will make investors confident in the projections maximizing the value of an asset. In addition, I spend significant time working closely with our clients and investors to ensure they are provided the information needed to make a transaction successful.

Dustin Landreth - I enjoy the behind the scenes aspects, ensuring our team's offering materials are top-notch while servicing our client's needs in a timely fashion. Through leveraging my background as a real estate market analyst, I'm able to position our offerings to receive maximum interest.

Kara WherryBy initiating the marketing process with creativeness and professionalism, our clients and investors get a good first impression of our team's capabilities. My focus then moves to providing our client the information they need from my end to make sure each transaction is a success. Our team understands the improtance of client satisfaction in every aspect of the deal, from beginning to end.
