	Mike Burkard | Senior Vice President Mike Burkard, a CB Richard Ellis employee since 1987, formed the Charlotte Retail Investment Properties Team in July 2000. Since that time he has coordinated the sale of more than 100 retail investment property sales, including neighborhood, community, mixed-use and power centers.  Earlier in his career, Mike worked in the Washington, DC office where he was recognized as one of the highest producing retail leasing specialists in the company's Eastern Division sales force.
	Steve Shields |  Senior Associate Steve Shields joined Charlotte Investment Properties Team in 2004 as a financial analyst supporting the regional investment sales brokers for office, multi-family, industrial and retail product types. In 2005 he was promoted to Associate, focusing on the disposition of retail investment properties. With a background in accounting and financial analysis he brings expertise in lease and operating expense analysis, and advanced financial modeling.
	Barb Wilson |  Client Services Specialist Barb Wilson joined CB Richard Ellis in 2003, she is responsible for the creation and distribution of marketing materials, creating and maintaining property websites, assists with due diligence, as well as tracking and reporting investor responses and communications.
