The Raleigh office remains a local leader in providing property owners, investors and tenants with the most comprehensive sales, leasing, property management, marketing, disposition and corporate services for a full range of properties including industrial, office, land, retail and multi family.
In 2007, the Raleigh office completed 190 lease transactions encompassing 3.66 million square feet worth $275 million, and 51 sales transactions worth $549 million.
In the Mid-Atlantic region, the Norfolk office of CB Richard Ellis serves as the regional headquarters for the Raleigh and Greensboro, North Carolina and Richmond, Newport News, and Charlottesville, Virginia operations. In 2007, the combined Mid-South offices (excluding Charlotte) completed 301 sales transactions totaling $1.4 billion, and 1,150 leasing transactions encompassing 11.6 million square feet totaling $751.4 million.
