In 2008, the Raleigh office completed 218 lease transactions encompassing 3.1 million square feet worth $225 million, and 31 sales transactions worth $267 million.
In the Mid-Atlantic region, the Norfolk office of CB Richard Ellis serves as the regional headquarters for the Raleigh and Greensboro, North Carolina and Richmond, Newport News, and Charlottesville, Virginia operations. In 2008, the combined Mid-South offices (excluding Charlotte) completed 190 sales transactions totaling $987 million, and 1,194 leasing transactions encompassing 12.2 million square feet totaling $669 million.
